Existing customer work
All customer work in progress prior to 1 September will be completed by the original Powerco Approved Contractor using legacy systems.
Low voltage network access (LVNA) contractors
Some contractors, in addition to our primary, secondary, customer delivery and maintenance inspection contractors (below), have limited access to our low voltage network to carry out work such as metering installation and streetlight maintenance.
