Sometimes we need to temporarily turn off the power to perform maintenance or upgrades to our network. These planned outages are scheduled in advance, and we try to give you as much notice as possible. Planned outages allow us to improve the reliability and safety of your power supply.

Restoration times can vary depending on the nature of the outage and the area affected. If no restoration time is listed on our outage map, it means we are still assessing the situation, especially for larger or more complex outages. We'll provide updates as soon as possible.
If your outage isn't showing up on our outage map, it could be because we're still evaluating the situation or it's a local issue not yet reported. If you don't see your outage on our map, please report it to help us address the issue faster. If the outage is already listed, we're aware and actively working to restore power.
