Our business
As New Zealand's largest dual-energy distributor by network length, we own and operate the electricity lines and gas pipes that keep our communities connected. Maintaining, upgrading and expanding our networks is a vital part of what we do, helping ensure a safe and reliable supply for customers today while preparing for future needs.

We’re backed by some of the best. Powerco Limited is 49% owned by Australian Retirement Trust, managed by QIC Limited, and 51% owned by funds managed by Dexus.
